Welcome to the Rosehill Dog Owners Association

The Rosehill Reservoir Park is located east of Yonge Street and south of St. Clair Avenue. The upper portion of the Rosehill Reservoir Park includes a fountain, a waterfall, and reflecting pools with an additional garden area planned for the summer of 2006. The lower portion of the park features a childrens playground and foot path that is used by walkers, joggers, and cyclists. The north-east corner of this path leads to the David A. Balfour Park, a nature trail that winds through the Vale of Avoca Ravine.Currently, the Rosehill and Balfour Parks are on-leash parks. The Balfour/Rosehill Park Dog Owners Association is seeking to change this by obtaining community approval for off-leash hours for the top portion of the Rosehill Reservoir Park.
